In some outages, the map is sized incorrectly for the outage, and shows much more of the map than is needed, for example:

This caused the neighborhood in the post to be incorrect, as reported here: https://social.seattle.wa.us/@stags/112305014755610938

We should either:

  • Compute the center point of the outage a different way, or
  • Fix map rendering/move to another library
