Due to the Lingua library not providing musllinux wheels, I had to switch the container that's used for linting from 3-alpine to 3-slim (9891b8af87)

There's an open issue for this (https://github.com/pemistahl/lingua-py/issues/213). Once it's resolved in the next version, we should revert that change.
